After analyzing the harbourfront of Central, our group realised that
resort-like qualities of the harborfront are disconnected towards the heart of Central. We envisioned the penetration of resort qualities throughout Central starting from the tramway.
Towards the Victoria Harbour, we proposed greeneries along streets.
As for the side facing the Victoria Peak, waterscape elements will be added similarly along the streets. Our end goal is to sew Central up through these stitches of green and waterscapes.
The final project of the studio is a sublimation to the Central master plan
which is a scheme that incorporates water and greenery elements along the waterfront to further extend people’s experience with the sea.
