This project focuses on the northern part of Laos. We were to first study the narratives surrounding the region like the conflicting models
of Western and Chinese alternative development in post opium eradication which I have studied.
We then develop regional strategic plans base on similar narratives. Our group works on the problem of wildlife trade in Northern Laos and came up with nuanced ways of dealing with the issue .
